How this works (implementable)

v1 is a catalog-aware planner: it parses venue, covers, budget, induction, and line intent; scores live SKUs; sizes quantities to pack sizes; returns CAD subtotal / shipping / tax; and writes the plan into the same cart used by checkout.

Next cloud step (uses Azure/AWS credits): replace the scorer with Azure OpenAI / Bedrock that returns the same JSON plan schema — UI and cart path stay unchanged.
